Master Plan for Australia's South West
Australia’s South West is synonymous with natural landscapes of significant beauty. Combined with mountain biking’s meteoric growth, the region is experiencing significant pressures exceeding the capacity of existing dedicated facilities. Common Ground have been engaged by WestCycle to prepare a Master Plan to identify and prioritise trail development in the region.

Detailed Area Plan for MTB Facility
Mountain biking has become an increasingly popular activity in Margaret River with strong community support and renowned events fostering significant growth in participation rates. A Detailed Area Plan commissioned by the local MTB Club Margaret River Off Road Cycling Association, or MRORCA, aims to develop Margaret Rivers first sanctioned and permanent mountain bike facility.
The Old Settlement Hub
A Bold vision to create a ‘hub’ for the community while specifically catering for mtber's and the wider adventure community. The development will provide quality food, accommodation, equipment, service, trail information, interpretation, and tour commencement point. Accommodating the adventurer’s needs, these elements will assist those wishing to discover or revisit the towns natural assets.
